Before we arrived on the scene of this Westlake home, both high-rise deck balconies were done in tile. They were rotting due to the seal plates underneath them.

Our solution was outdoor living surgery and rescue. It was a large demolition, as you can clearly see from the girth of the structures. We strategically and carefully removed it all and began the project of restoration and rebuilding.

With a backyard home exterior this vast, our thinking was that one expansive outdoor living deck balcony would be in the best long-term interest of the family.
